    1/2 teaspoon fresh rosemary, finely chopped
    1 teaspoon fresh summer savoury, finely chopped
    1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves, finely chopped
    1/2 teaspoon onion powder
    1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
    1/4 teaspoon black pepper
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    2 tablespoons dehydrated onion flakes
    3 tablespoons olive oil
    2 pounds baby potatoes, halved*
