    sliced jalapeno
    fresh chopped cilantro
    vegan sour cream
    Fritos
    fresh cracked pepper
    Kosher salt
    juice of 1 lime
    16 oz. vegetable broth
    (2) 14.5 oz. cans tomato sauce
    3/4 cup uncooked green lentils
    (3) 15 oz. can black beans, drained and rinsed
    2 teaspoons diced chiles in adobo
    1 (14.5 oz) can diced tomatoes
    1/2 teaspoon sugar
    1 tablespoon cumin
    1 tablespoon chili powder
    5 cloves garlic, minced
    1 jalapeno, minced
    2 medium poblano peppers, diced
    1 red onion, diced
    1 tablespoon olive oil
